The Basic School Profile allows schools to ensure the information families see is current, complete, and school-verified.

Verified School Profile

The Basic profile enables schools to maintain a current, school-verified profile alongside Schools360’s independent assessment: $3,000 annual subscription.

The Basic profile includes the following school-provided information:

  • A short Headline (approx. 20 words)

  • An About Us section (up to 200 words)

  • Dedicated Academic Excellence section (up to 200 words)

  • Dedicated Student Wellbeing section (up to 200 words)

  • Contact details, including admissions email address

  • Active link to your school website

  • Verified academic results

  • Links to schools’ social media profiles

The Basic subscription ensures families see accurate, up-to-date information when researching your school on Schools360. Importantly, subscriptions does not influence Schools360’s independent assessment, analysis, or rankings. Most schools choose the Basic profile to:

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness during parent research

  • Provide school context alongside independent analysis

  • Reduce the risk of outdated or incomplete information being relied upon during shortlisting

How it works

  1. Confirm your school’s Basic subscription (using the form below)

  2. Schools360 will request the required content and details

  3. Subscription payment can be made via invoice or credit card

  4. Your school’s updated profile is published for the year

  5. Subscription renewal is sent with prompts to update school details each year

A limited number of schools each year work with Schools360 on a Premium Microsite, providing a dedicated Schools360 immersive parent experience with deeper content and consistently higher engagement from families comparing schools.
